The Discovery EA Helmet's inner shell utilizes EPS material strategically positioned at varying densities to effectively absorb and dissipate impact energy. Its outer shell, crafted from a blend of dyneema, aramid fiber, and carbon fiber, is combined with epoxy resin, offering a lightweight yet highly resilient structure. This construction is available in two shell sizes (XS-M and L-XXL) to optimize performance based on fit. The included "Advanced Padding System" allows for personalized interior adjustments, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. Made from breathable, hypoallergenic, and fully removable/washable materials, the padding system enhances overall comfort. A micrometric closure enables quick and secure fastening, while the helmet is prepped for Bluetooth® communication systems. The Easy Fit system accommodates riders who wear prescription lenses. Experience exceptional airflow with a large front intake, chin guard intake, and rear extractors. The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor, complete with a dark inner visor operated by a side lever, ensures clear vision in all light conditions. The included Pinlock® lens mounts easily without tools. A specialized visor closure block on the chin guard provides enhanced noise reduction and security, even at high speeds.
